Na/After | Christian Boltanski, 2017
Christian Boltanski created a new composition in the Oude Kerk. He placed several monumental installations to speculate about what happens after our lives have come to an end (NA). On the tombstone floor, the artist designed a landscape of graves rising atop of the horizontal stones. This work created a new perspective and revealed an architectural layer that drew attention to our predecessors.
