Mariette Dölle (NL) has been the director of the Oude Kerk in Amsterdam since February 2022, where she is tasked with combining contemporary art and heritage in a current and compelling way. From 2016 to 2021, Dölle was director of Museum Kranenburgh in Bergen, North Holland; a true artists' village, as it has been known for more than a hundred years. The museum presents an inspiring programme of contemporary and modern art, always focused on connecting with the world outside the white cube. Previously, she was artistic director of art venue TENT Rotterdam, programming challenging solo exhibitions by Wendelien van OIdenborgh, Katarina Zdjelar, Lara Almarcegui, among others. She is a regular member of juries and committees. |
