The Communion set consisting of dishes, ewers and beakers is used for the celebration of the Lord’s Supper. These objects are used to serve the bread and the wine, which symbolize the body and blood of Jesus. The bread for the Lord’s Supper is cut with this knife and served on these breadboards.
