For the celebration of the Lord’s Supper, bread and wine are served on plates and in beakers from the Communion set. The bread and wine are symbols of the body and blood of Jesus. The bread is measured and cut into pieces of similar size using this wooden sliding measure. These items are stored in a cupboard in the Church Warden's Office.
