This eighteenth-century print depicts the Oudezijds Voorburgwal and the Oude Kerk, viewed from the south. It is a summery scene with green trees and a blue sky. The prent is coloured in and bears the legend: ‘s. Nicolaes of te Ouwekerk tot Amsterdam’ – ‘St Nicholas or Old Church in Amsterdam’. W. Schitzler donated the work to the Oude Kerk in 1979.
