View into the Oude Kerk
This print is by Nicolaas Listingh – lawyer, notary public and church warden of the Oude Kerk – and is dedicated to Johannes Hudde, who became the mayor of Amsterdam for the eighteenth time in 1682. The print depicts a cross-section of the Oude Kerk’s interior. As with a number of other works from the Oude Kerk’s collection, this print is based on measurements by the architect Justus Vingboons.
