This brass grave plate is from grave 29 in the Binnenlandvaarderskapel, on the north side of the Oude Kerk. In this grave 5 people are buried : Dominicus Gerrits (buried 27-02-1621), Marytgen Jans van Santen (buried 25-01-1631), Cornelis Noordhoorn (buried 13-12-1762), Adriana Sibilla Temminck (buried 29-05-1773), Adriana Cornelia Noordhoorn (buried 12-04-1845) and Anthonie Bernardus Jacobus Heijdenrijk (buried 09-04-1846).

Only half of the gravestone remains and only a few letters are legible :

Based on these few letters, it appears to be the gravestone of Adriana Cornelia Noordhoorn. Adriana died at the age of twenty-seven on April 8, 1845 in Amsterdam. She left behind her husband Christoffel Mackenstein and infant son Albrecht Fredercik Mackenstein.
